Only candidates who were not given seats in any of the preceding rounds or did not take their assigned seats are eligible to register for the Haryana NEET UG stray vacancy round

The schedule for the stray vacancy round for the Haryana NEET UG counselling 2023 has been released by the PT BD Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak. On the official website, uhsrugcounselling.com, registration for this round of state National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET UG) counselling has commenced. The Haryana NEET UG stray round registration deadline is tomorrow, September 25.

Candidates may also submit their preferences for academic programmes and colleges, as well as a willingness to take part in the round for stray vacancies at this point in time. Only candidates who were not given seats in any of the preceding three rounds or who did not take their assigned seats in any of them are eligible to register for the Haryana NEET UG stray vacancy round. The applicants who have previously registered for Rounds 1, 2, and 3 and want to take part in the Stray Round are not required to re-register. On September 26, the allocation of seats will be published, and students have from September 26 through September 28 to submit their provisional tuition fees.

Candidates’ documents will be checked on or before September 29 at the Committee Room, Office of the Director, Pt. B.D. Sharma PGIMS, Rohtak (for those who have received provisional seat assignments and paid the necessary provisional tuition fee through the admission web portal only).

If a candidate provides incorrect information during registration on the basis of which a seat may be given and subsequently revoked during document verification, or fails to submit the appropriate documents during document verification, the security deposit will be forfeited.

A security fee of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. 5000 for SC/SCD/BCA/BCB/EWS/PWBD of Haryana State) must be deposited online by all candidates who wish to take part in the Stray Round of Counselling and choose State Quota Seats in only Government/Government Aided/Private Unaided Medical/Dental Colleges. A deposit of Rs. 1 lakh must be made online by the candidate if they also want to choose Management Quota Seats in Private Medical/Dental Colleges and Private Universities.

The security deposit will be forfeited if the candidates are assigned a seat based on their choices but fail to take the assigned seat. On the other hand, the candidates’ security deposit will be returned following the conclusion of the counselling procedure if they are not given a seat.
